Pre-Information Form

MüzayedeBox is an intermediary service provider that brings buyers and sellers together; it is not the seller of the goods sold. The sales contract is concluded between the buyer and the member selling the lot. MüzayedeBox holds the payment in escrow and runs the delivery and dispute process.

The seller's name or trade name, and for company sellers the tax identification number, MERSIS number, full address, phone and email, appear on the lot page and in the Seller details section of the seller's shop page. Non-commercial individual sellers are not sellers within the meaning of consumer legislation; the Turkish Code of Obligations applies to those sales.

The item's catalogue record (period, type, dimensions, weight, catalogue number), condition, declared flaws, provenance and photos are on the lot page. Collectibles are second-hand; flaws clearly declared on the lot page form part of the terms of sale.

The sale price is the hammer price at which the hammer falls in the live round, and it is the final price including VAT. No premium or service fee is charged to the buyer; the platform commission is deducted from the seller.

There is no shipping charge: the seller arranges the shipment and pays for it. The total payable is shown clearly at the payment step. Foreign currency equivalents are for information only; payment is collected in Turkish lira.

Payment is made within 48 hours of the sale, by credit or debit card with 3D Secure verification. Card details are not stored by MüzayedeBox. The amount paid does not go directly to the seller; it is held in escrow with a licensed payment institution (Secure Payment). Details: Payment Information.

The seller ships the item within 5 business days of the payment being placed in escrow, or meets you for hand delivery. Delivery is made within 30 days of the contract being concluded at the latest.

After delivery, your inspection period is 10 days with shipping and 24 hours with hand delivery. If the item does not match its description during this period, you can open a dispute from the order page; while the dispute is ongoing, the amount is not transferred to the seller.

For purchases from a commercial seller, a consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the day they receive the item, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

• Notice: you give written notice of your decision to withdraw within the period, from the order page or through our contact channels.
• Returning the item: you send the item back to the seller in its original condition within 10 days of your notice. Unless the seller states otherwise, return shipping is paid by you.
• Refund: the amount you paid is refunded to the card you paid with within 14 days of your notice reaching us.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases listed in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. For purchases from a non-commercial individual seller, there is no right of withdrawal; your rights regarding defective goods and the Platform's dispute process are unaffected.

For problems with an order, first open a dispute from the order page; MüzayedeBox decides after requesting information and documents from both parties. In consumer transactions, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you reside or where the transaction took place, and to the Consumer Court for disputes above that limit.

You approve this form and the Distance Sales Contract at the payment step; the time of approval is recorded on your order, and the form can always be viewed from your order page.
