Cancellation and Refunds

• If payment is not made within 48 hours, the order is cancelled automatically and a violation is recorded on the buyer's account.
• If the seller does not ship or hand over the item within 5 business days, open a dispute from the order page; if the item has not reached you, the full amount you paid is refunded.
• If delivery is not made within 30 days of the sale, you may terminate the contract; the amount is refunded from escrow.
• If a lot is withdrawn before the sale or the auction is cancelled, the bids placed have no effect and no payment is taken.

If the item does not match its description, is fake, is damaged or never arrived, open a dispute from the order page within the inspection period after delivery (with shipping 10 days, with hand delivery 24 hours). Add photos and an explanation.

The moment a dispute is opened, the transfer stops; the amount stays in escrow until a decision is made. MüzayedeBox decides after reviewing both parties' statements and documents:

• In favour of the seller: the amount is transferred to the seller.
• Full refund in favour of the buyer: the item goes back to the seller and the full amount you paid is refunded.
• Partial refund: you keep the item and the amount stated in the decision is refunded; the rest is transferred to the seller.

The decision states how the item goes back to the seller and who pays for return shipping. Where the seller is at fault, return shipping is paid by the seller.

For purchases from a commercial seller, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you receive the item:

1. Notify your decision to withdraw from the order page or through our contact channels.
2. Send the item back to the seller in its original condition within 10 days of your notice. Unless the seller states otherwise, return shipping is paid by you.
3. The amount you paid is refunded to your card within 14 days of your notice reaching us.

Purchases from a non-commercial individual seller carry no right of withdrawal; your right to dispute is unaffected. Details: Pre-Information Form.

Refunds go to the card you paid with. Because the amount is held in escrow, it is passed to the payment institution together with the refund decision; how long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank and is usually 2–10 business days. With a partial refund, only the refunded amount returns to your card.
