Payment method
Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, in Turkish lira. After the lot is sold, you pay from the order page within 48 hours. At the payment step you approve the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract.
Security
Your card details never reach MüzayedeBox's servers and are not stored; they go directly to the licensed payment institution (iyzico). The payment is verified by your bank with 3D Secure.
Escrow: Secure Payment
The amount you pay is not transferred directly to the seller. It goes to the seller when you receive and approve the item, or when the inspection period (with shipping 10 days, with hand delivery 24 hours) ends without a dispute. If you open a dispute, it stays in escrow until a decision is made. Details: Secure Payment.

Invoice
The sales invoice or receipt is issued by the seller. MüzayedeBox invoices the seller for the commission it deducts.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card used for payment; timings are on the Cancellation and Refunds page.
